CHRISTMAS MARKETS IN MILAN
Fiera di Sant’Ambrogio (Sant’Ambrogio Fair). Markets “Oh bej! Oh bej!” at the Castello Sforzesco in Piazza Castello, Via Gadio, Piazza del Cannone in Milan. With about 400 stalls of objects, handicrafts, clothing and antiques.
Mercatino di Natale in Piazza Duomo (Christmas market in Piazza Duomo). The Christmas market in Piazza Duomo will fill the area between Corso Vittorio Emanuele, the apse of the Cathedral and Via dell’Arcivescovado with about 80 Christmas houses. The setting of the market is dedicated to the discovery of the typical products of the Christmas tradition of all Italian regions, with various tastings of the local gastronomic heritage, D.O.C., D.O.P. and I.G.P. Artistic craftsmanship is on display with numerous masters of wood, wool, wax and objects. The craftsmen will create and exhibit their artistic creations in the typical wooden houses.
Villaggio delle Meraviglie. The Village of Wonders is set up in the Indro Montanelli Gardens of Porta Venezia in Milan. The entrances to the Village are located in Corso Venezia, in Via Palestro and on the ramparts of P.ta Venezia.
In the Village there are the House of Santa Claus and the Befana, Santa’s sleigh, an ice rink, a 4D cinema, the Snowman’s Palace, downhill skiing, Jumping, carousels and the Market of Elves with food stands.
Artigiano in Fiera (Artisan at the Fair). Exhibition of international crafts with free admission organized by Fiera Milano at Rho Fiera.
