Baar Christmas Market

Baar Christmas Market (Christkindli-Märt Innenstadt Baar). This market has been held since 1981 and has now become a tradition in this Swiss town. The Baar Christmas market is made up of over 130 stalls with gift items and a rich variety of culinary products. You will find handicraft demonstrations, a rich program with music and choral formations, a nostalgic carousel. The market takes place on the Saturday before the first Sunday of Advent.

Zug Christmas market

Zug Christmas Market (Zuger Weihnachtsmarkt). This market takes place around the Postplatz, along the Zeughausgasse and the Hirschenplatz. The market, surrounded by the beautiful old town houses and the central fountain on Hirschenplatz, is characterized by a special atmosphere. The market is made up of about 75 festively decorated stalls offering a varied assortment of traditional Christmas products.
